Hi Guys, After 16+ years of anticipation, I am finally getting to experience my first ever HHN this October!:cool1:
We are doing Stay & Scream on Thursday the 7th of October, and I am wanting to treat my partner and her parents to Express tickets as a surprise. They are $39.99 each on the website (which i am willing to pay if need be), but I seem to remember reading on these boards that the Express passes are often discounted on the day of the event, in the S&S wait area.
Is this true? (I want to know from someone who's seen/experienced this first-hand).
Do you remember the discounted price?
Has this occured for the last couple of years?
Can anyone verify if Express has ever been sold out completely when they have attended HHN before?

Thanks very much for your help in advance red-heads! :thumbsup2

I saw discounted EPs during S & S in 2008 but not last year. They were selling the event wide EP for $25.00 and individual use EPs for $5.00 each. I was really upset since I paid $75.00 for the opening night EP in 2008 and then to find out I could waited and saved money! I have also seen where EPs have sold out for various nights over the years.

I wouldn't wait for a discounted EP to come out because you will probably be disappointed and might miss out completely if they are sold out for that night.

Cheers for the reply mate, that's just the answer I needed :thumbsup2
For the sake of $60 (4 tickets) saving, I'll just book them in advance and take any stress out of the equation :)

Well, during 2008 they were selling them, but it was my first hhn so I didn't think about buying them. Last year I was hoping the discounted EP would be sold and I waited, and waited and asked, and nothing. I ended up buying an EP at guest services on Saturday opening weekend, and yes, paid the whole 70ish dollars it cost.

Marquibiri :thumbsup2
