My boyfriend and I are going to HHN later this month and he is very claustrophobic when it comes to having to squeeze through corridors and such. Do any of the houses have elements like this?

Well...most of the houses' passages are narrow but I don't think he will have a problem. I don't recall any of the houses having a passage so narrow that you're dragging the walls. Most of the passages are wide enough for two people to stand side by side..he shouldn't have a problem.
House of Horrors has an area where you have to crouch and I think that's kind of narrow. There is an alternate path though, so if he wanted to, he could go that way instead.
It depends on the haunted house. When I went 2 years ago, there was one that required us to go single file the whole way through. I think either side had the scary people to scare you. I'm not quite sure since I kind of didn't look at anything the whole way through ... But I do know it was single file and the things get close to you if you look scared ...
My mom is very claustrophobic and when we got to that part of the House of Horros maze where you have to crouch down and walk thru about 10 feet or so she couldn't do it. It was way to tiny of a place. The team member let her walk around that part of the maze and she met us on the other side.
