We are having to rent an ECV for my stepdaughter who broke her foot for HHN. We leave in two weeks so not sure how much walking she will be able to do. When we get to a house do we leave the ECV parked outside or is there a designated area to do that? This is our first time ever having to do anything like this and I am trying to be prepared as much as possible. Also are there any recommendations for a scooter rental company?

Thanks
Shae

We've used Walker Mobility several times and they were great - delivered to PB.

Have used Gold Mobility several times, excellent. They have those 3 wheeled ones that are easy to maneuver vs the big clunky sorts the parks offer. They deliver to all the U & WDW resorts.

You do need to meet them @ the resort, set up a time when booking. Easy to return, just make arrangements with GMS to leave @ whatever onsite resort’s bell services

As you approach the individual houses, the TMs will instruct you where to park the ECV. It will be waiting for you at the exit.

There are generally manual WC available at the entrance if needed. If not, request one and they will make it happen.

PS i went several years ago with broken foot in walking boot. Did order ECV, had thot I wouldn’t utilize it much. Ha, it gets old real fast trying to walk miles in a boot. If anything, she can always park it, in designated area in the parks, remove the key and walk around a bit if she feels up to it.
