HHI - What not to miss?

We are going to HHI Feb 14th, just for three days.

Anything we should be sure not to miss.
I figure it might be cold.

We will have two kids. One 4 years old and one will be 5 months around then.
We don't mind taking them to pretty much anything. Our four year old we travel with all the time. Our five month old is not here yet, but hopefully she will be easy going.

List:
Specific Disney resort activities we should look into.
Places to shop, eat, etc on the island.
Any other ideas

request a pool view so that you are close to the pool. Not so much for the pool but for the hot tub, which is not too hot for the 5 year old.

Campfires are a must as are any of the story telling events moderated by Blu Crabbe
