HHI Trip report

Just back from first trip to DVC at HHI. Very pleasant resort, laid back,staff very friendly, many activities. Requested pool proximity and had room 2311 overlooking pool. Really enjoyed the shark fishing that was offered. Wasn't listed in the activities but I had seen mention of a family fishing trip on this site and inquired about it. Cost was reasonable and saw as many dolphin as we did on a dedicated dolphin watch tour. Also caught 8 sharks with one weighing ~ 80lbs per the captain. Highly recommend it. Also best resturants were Charley's Crab and the Smokehouse for BBQ.

I'm glad to hear you had a great trip. We just returned home from HH on Sunday. We haven't tried the shark fishing yet, but I would like to try it in the future. Don't know if my kids would go for it though!
