HHI resale purchase

I am on the email list for new listings for the TSS. A couple of weeks ago we missed an opportunity for a good HHI contract. We had only waited about an hour or so and it was gone. Today another very similar HHI contract was listed. This time however I called within 5 minutes. Fortunately, it was available and now we just have to wait on the ROFR. We are currently WL for HHI this summer and I don't have much expectation of it coming through. As long as we pass ROFR it won't be a problem in the future.

Good luck! I love HHI, and we are currently looking for a small HHI add-on also. So I can imagine how excited you must be.
Wow. we're also on the TSS Email list for contracts. I didn't realize how quickly the contracts sell! Our Email came in a couple hours ago, but I just hadn't bothered opening it yet. Fortunately, the one you're buying is the wrong use year for us-otherwise I'd really be beating myself up for that now!

We're at HH this week. Today we were talking to one of the supervisors, who said that they usually have a relatively slow period after Easter, until things pick up for the summer. This year it appears that things are not slowing down much after Easter.

As more DVC points are sold at the WDW and WDR, it will become more and more difficult to get HH reservations unless you are doing so with the HH point owner's 11 - 7 month advantage. Congratulations on finding a HH contract.

That summer booking advantage is why we bought a HHI resale several years ago through TSS. We just love our summer week at HHI!!

Fortunately, the one you're buying is the wrong use year for us-otherwise I'd really be beating myself up for that now!

All of our other points are in an April UY, but we figured it would either impossible or a very long wait to catch a small contract with the proper UY. We decided we would deal with any headaches that 2 UY bring and go for it. Besides, we really only plan to use it at HHI so that should make it a bit easier.

Just closed 2 weeks ago on HHI add-on (60 pts)thru TSS. We have been waiting for feb use year small add-on (we already have 210 OKW and 50 HHI) for a while so we jumped on it. It was a very quick turn around and we passed ROFR so I have my fingers crossed for YOU! Now we are counting down until June 6 for our HHI vacation!
