HHI - Refurbishment - Rooms Out of Inventory ?

Currently HHI is undergoing some refurbishments until the end of April.

Would this cause any rooms to be out of inventory until this plan refurbishment has been completed even past the estimated completion date (i.e., this summer) ?

I don't know why there'd be refurbishments to rooms when there was recently (in the last couple of years) a pretty complete room refurbishment. However, after Hurricane Matthew, 6 weeks later, there was still a fair amount of work being done around the resort. I would wonder if maybe the refurbishments are in some of those common areas. I was fortunate enough to see some photos of the resort taken by the CMs of the first week or two after the Hurricane came through, and it still amazes me that so many problem areas were made spotless and ready for guests in such a short time. I wouldn't be surprised if there are still a few issues.
