HHI Question

Hi there. Kinda new to DVC, we bought in SSR last year.

I'm trying to plan a family reunion at HHI over MLK weekend next year (January 15-19). We're looking to get either 1 GV & 1- 2 bedroom or 3- 2 bedrooms.

I will be paying part with points & part with cash. Is there anyway to find out the cash price for the GV or the 2 bedroom?

Cash reservations, when available, may be reserved 11 months ahead - so you can call MS and see about cash availability and pricing.

Keep in mind that these villas have been available for HH owners for a couple of months already and there are only 5 GVs and 21 1BRs and Studios. 2BRs are the most available at HH and you should have good opportunity to reserve a 2BR at 7 months using points - BUT - I would go ahead and see about cash availability as soon as possible - especially for GVs, 1BRs or Studios.
