Thumbs up from us! We boarded here last Christmas and our dog seemed to enjoy it. The staff was very nice.

My dog Bonnie stayed there several times. She was an elderly boarder and they took wonderful care of her. The last time she boarded with them she was 15. She was upgraded to a "suite" LOL. I didn't have the heart to tell them she couldn't hear the TV or probably see it for that matter.

Bonnie passed this past spring at the ripe old age of 18. I recently came across a certificate that she received for staying at the AK kennels. She was always game for a road trip.

I'm so sorry for your loss. That's a wonderful story. It's made me more comfortable about leaving Daisy there for a few days. Thanks for taking the time to respond.

Thank you - she is missed.

If you want to visit Daisy, there is a beach down the street from the kennel that allows dogs, and if I remember correctly a dog park. Just ask at the kennel.

I'm sorry for your loss. Thank you for the information, I'm pretty sure we'll be needing a kennel when we visit HH again.
