HH waitlist

Trying for a week in early June but got wait listed. Anyone have good experiences with a wait list coming through for HH in this timeframe that I can pin my hopes on?

We were waitlisted last year for Easter Week (including Easter Day) and we got it! So, although it wasn't summer...I imagine it is still popular with spring break and all. So hang in there, hopefully you'll get it!

Did you make optional plans? HH in the summer is a hard to get item. I've been waited listed 3 times and got it once. This year I had made reservations for a studio at 7 months out and waite listed for a 1 bedroom. Two weeks later the 1 bedroom came through but that was at the 6 month mark for a June 14th week. I'll keep my fingers cross for you. Please post if it comes through. I love to hear you had a happy ending.

We are also on the wait list. Hoping for the first week in May in a studio. We had been planning on a last minute vacation anyway, so we'll keep our fingers crossed and hopefully end up on HH!!!

You didn't mention what size room you are trying to get. Hilton Head has mostly 2BR units (non-lock offs). You will have better luck getting a 2BR than you will others.

I am going down the first week of June, my friend and her family wiatlisted for the same week, thinking there was NO way(this was a little over a month ago I think) and the waitlist came through in a couple weeks.
We both have 1 bedrooms.

Yup, I'm the friend I could not believe it came through, we are so excited!!!
