HH @ Thanksgiving

We are looking at going to HH the week of Thanksgiving. Has anyone been this time of year? Will they have their normal activities taking place? Anything special for the holiday? We have been to HH numerous times but never in the fall/winter.

We went last year for Thanksgiving, and although the weather was horrible, we're already looking forward to going back this year. We loved it! Make sure you try to make reservations as soon as possible (this week, I think)-the resort is always sold out that week. They have their normal activities plus a couple of Thanksgiving day "specialties". They also offer a turkey dinner delivered to your villa, I forget the exact cost, but we went with one from the local Piggly Wiggly, pre-done, and that worked out real well (and less than half the price of the resort). It was really a great way to spend Thanksgiving, I thought. Don't hesitate to ask any more questions.

We were there last year for Thanksgiving. Yes, the weather was not the best for a couple of days, but we really enjoyed ourselves. They do have lots of activities and the above poster mentioned the special activities on Thanksgiving Day. We would love to go back, but can't this year, maybe next year. We cooked our own dinner in the condo. Lots of room and I love the big balconies. If the weather is nice, you could eat your meal outside and still have lots of room.

We don't own there, but it is one of our favorite places to visit.

We have been to HH for Thanksgiving almost every year it has been open! It has become our family's tradition and several other families who also go there every year have become our Thanksgiving "family".

Love it, love it, love it!!! (Of course, we love Hilton Head at any time of the year. )
