Just curious about what % of rooms are available to the non-members at
the 11 and 7month window. The reason I'm asking is if you go to
Expedia travel you can book a room for this summer and appears you
can also get a room for New Years week.

Besides the 4% in which Disney retains ownership, any points used for non-DVC reservations (Disney Collection, Concierge Collection) are available for cash reservations thru CRO.

I'm not certain what relationship Expedia and other discount travel compamies have with Disney, but member points are surely the means for the rooms to be made available. Within 60 days, any unreserved DVC reservations are also available thru CRO.
