We will be heading to Hilton Head resort in November and will be staying in a 2 bedroom. Last year we stayed in a studio in the main building and had a marsh view and really like it. Could anyone give me info on a good two bedroom location with a marsh view and also do they have two bedrooms in the main bldg. If someone has a link to the layout it would be great. We love it there and will be taking friends and want it to be great for them.

The only 2 BR room reports I have that say they had a marsh view are in Building #27 and #18. There are no 2 BRs in the lodge building, but all the units in the main lodge are 1 BR and studio lock-offs that theoretically can be used as 2 BR if occupancy conditions require. Don't know if it's ever happened, though.

There are a number of buildings that have 2 bedroom units with a marsh view, though some are a bit obstructed by trees. We have been in buildings 14, 29 (obstructed somewhat), and 31, and all were marsh views. Have a great trip.

We just returned from HH and were in Building 29- it is a marsh view. We had a great view of the weekly fireworks from our balcony (slightly obstructed by trees). There are no fireworks in november though :( .

Here is a <a href="http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=226883">HH Resort Layout</a> that may help.

As mentioned, there are no dedicated 2BR villas in the lodge- all are lock-offs and are usually reserved as Studios and 1BR villas. If a guest requires an accessible 2BR, these will normally be offered as none of the dedicated 2BR villas (or GV's) are accessible.

You can check out a map of the resort for a better idea of the views available.

Enjoy!
