HH - DVC Phone Number

We are going down to HH weekend after next for two nights to check out HH and to see the DVC presentation. Our checkin time is 4:00, but what I was hoping was to arrive around 1-2 and go ahead and meet with the DVC people for the presentation. Do I need an appt. to do this? If so, does anyone know what phone number I should call to make an appt. at HH for a DVC presentation? Thanks.
