HGVC International Drive

Does anyone know when the HGVC on International Drive plans to open? On the website, it just says 2004. We're going next year and would really love to stay at this new resort since we adored the HGVC near SeaWorld. My parents own a timeshare with Hilton and they will let us use points to stay at a HGVC again... but I'd love to try and plan our trip so that the new one on International Drive is already open.

Anyone know?

On their website it says taking reservations starting March, 2004. I'll be staying at the Seaworld HGVC after Christmas and will try to find out if everything's on schedule. It looks really nice from the pictures. Did you take the virtual tour on their website?

Great! Thanks for the info. We're kicking around going either late May/early June or mid-October, so hopefully we'll be in the first wave of reservations for the new HGVC.

I'd love to know what you find out on your upcoming trip about the opening. And enjoy your trip and your stay at the HGVC at SeaWorld! We *loved* it!

Ooooh, just changed my reservation to Caribe Royale for $99 a night, so I can't ask about the new Hilton, but I can drive by and see how it looks.
