Same here. I've loved David since seeing him on Design Star. I loved the show, and anyone else I know that watched it loved it also. I didn't realize people didn't like him until hearing the podcast & then reading here.

I watched Design Star and thought he was terrific. He deserved to win.

I dont usually watch his TV show because he tells people "dont be AFRAID of color", but I have watched it....and it was ok.

I thought he did a terrible job with this special and he was dressed very badly. I mean c'mon....a sequined tie and a red plaid shirt.

The info on in the special and the backstage "peeks" were great.

He wasnt.

I haven't seen this show yet but I didn't think anybody could top the annoying DeeVee Cee (however you spell it) lady Disney is pushing.
