Well gang, push has really come to shove. I stepped on the scale and well it was NOT pretty. :(


I feel unhealthy. I feel sick really. I dont want to be like this anymore.

I know Im not eating right and heaven knows Im not getting enough exercise. I am not physically strong like I used to be and that REALLY bothers me!




I am looking at this like Ive never done this before. This is a whole new thing for me with a new attitude. I have NOT failled I have simply found one more thing that doesnt work. So I know what I need to do and Im going to do it now.




I am going start what I make my kids do. Eating 3 meals a day and 2 snacks. One at 10AM and one at 2pm. I started that for them because I knew they would eat all day if I didnt... well DOH why didnt I apply that to myself? and The other thing is they only get desserts 2 nights a week. Friday and Saturday. Im going to do that as well.



I hate breakfast but I know I need to eat it.


UGH I know this is a real challenge for me but I am mentally strong and CAPABLE and I know that I have to get healthy.

Ok I guess thats it.

Im back. I am serious. I want to be healthy and strong again.

I know you from oyur posts on the CB and know what you have what it takes to become a healthier and more fit you!

I lost 110 pounds with portion control/healthy eating/exercise, and I know how difficult it can be. Take it one day at a time and *never, ever* beat yourself up or feel as though you've failed if you have an off program day--we're all human and we have little (or big!) slip-ups now and then--it's just a part of life like everything else. :) Like I tell my ds9: Failure is not in falling down, but in not getting back up again. (He rolls his eyes :rolleyes: ) You'll have so much love and support here at WISH--please know we're behind you all the way! :grouphug:

Precisely why I came to W.I.S.H.

I found the Walking to Disney Challenge and it motivated me to get off the sofa and away from the tv or computer. I've recently add 10 Minute Solutions to my walking and I'm trying to change the foods we eat (avoiding the freezer case's convenience foods!). I think I'm seeing the results finally. It's taken nearly two months but the scale is finally showing a number below what it's been repeating for weeks. I lost at least one pound, maybe as many as four (cheap analog scale). I'm hoping it's a sign that the weight is starting to come off.

:wave2: Binny, I am restarting as well. I noticed you said you don't care for breakfast. Is it the time of day, or the idea of "breakfast" foods? I am not a huge breakfast eater myself, so I don't. I eat whatever fits my plan and sounds good. Somedays I have grilled cheese (light bread, 2% cheese & ICBINB spray) or soup or even a frozen lean cuisine. Anyway, just wanted to say Hi, and send :wizard: and :grouphug: !
