just got my winter clothing out of the storage bins and put the electric blanket on the bed! I'm FREEZING today!

Off to the bedroom to iron! Then, to the playroom to spackle the wall where Marshall ripped the hook off the wall! He successfully did this by putting his backpack on the hook loaded with probably 50 pounds of book!

Hopefully, the spackling job went well..............we are at the beach in cool but sunny weather..............hope Williamsburg is pretty this weekend...............another weekend, another trip for LuLu!

Another loss for Drexel..............Jess is still not playing enough for us to win!

Haven't accomplished anything yet and it's 4:30 p.m.....all three kids have been gone since 6:00 last night!!! John is with his dad, Marshall is in a tent somewhere in the woods of Southern Indiana and Mallory went to my mom's house.

Wal-Mart is calling my name too!

I wish Jess would get to play more. That stinks when you take the time to drive wherever she is playing and don't get to see her play! What's up with that? The team started out so strong, but now it seems that they are struggling. Is it that they are struggling or is the scheduled competition stronger now?

And Lucy.........enjoy Williamsburg! Lucy's starting "to get around" lately!

We lose every close game by one goal and she truly could make the difference if they gave her a chance. We'll see? It's college so she really should be focusing on her studies. Great attitude......my first thought is a college scholarship! How cool is that? Soccer is just the (pardon the pun) KICKER!!!! Oh, now I AM cracking myself up!

And, yes, thank goodness it's the weekend! BTW ~ do you realize that next Friday is the end of our first quarter at school! 25% done!!!!!

Okay, well, WTG, but we're not at quarter yet, however, still liking this school year over last......not sure why.........

LuLu is back from Williamsburg.....

We have a school half day w/students tomorrow (staff meetings after) and then no school on Thursday.......

But regular school on Friday........

Ken and I plan to sneak a day at the beach on Thursday and then back to work on Friday.........what's everyone else doing for the holiday???

We are all going to the IU/Iowa Football game on Sat. We are taking an elderly gentleman that recently lost his wife. I am the designated driver. He is so excited he can't stand it!

Yom Kippur...............we had an inservice day today and then off tomorrow. Honestly, we get so few complete days off, it's a blessing! Not sure what we're doing this weekend..................

I'm watching the game, as we speak!

Monday - holiday? not for us - we had our holiday this past Monday - NO, I can't explain this one and Kutztown's calendar.

I worked today - had to be in at 7 AM! Do you know how hard that is for a retired person!

Spent the evening at the local "watering hole"! Ended up with the U of Iowa fans and media in town for tomorrow's IU/Iowa football game.. A good time was had by all.....Fish left me to come home to the kids!
