well, well my DS has certainly entertained himself today. Yes, he did break my driver. I couldn't believe he had the nerve to show up at the driving range with a driver that had pink and purple accents! :dance3:

No, I was not pleased that he broke it. :mad:

I am still trying to figure out "how" it got broken. :confused3

I guess if he's fatphil then I should be fatphyllis? :lmao:

Try not to think about it, my new plan is not to go in until August 25th.............the day before I'm due in. With this weather and no air, I'm thinking that would probably be the best plan. :woohoo:

I talked to Lucy around 7:30 and they were at their gate, however she thougt it might be overbooked! Bob was hanging around the counter waiting for the announcement for volunteers to try to land some free tickets which would mean an overnight stay. She also said the flight was full of kids! :rotfl:

Fish and I went out to a new hotel lounge for drinks tonight. It was great because the drafts and wine were $1!!!! :cool1:

They also had $1 appetizers! :cool1:

It was so beautiful and peaceful. Might have to claim that as our Friday Happy Hour home this year! It's close to the house too! :banana:

No traveling this weekend. I have to finish my classroom this weekend because all the kids and parents will be snooping around next week and I DON'T want to be there! :rolleyes1

Lucky you, you're allowed in your classroom on the weekends. I, of course, do not have that option. Ken is picking up Tara right now, b/c she arrived so late. We will all be at the beach for the weekend (not Jess, of course, b/c she doesn't want to be here? :confused3

) Tray will also be with us, she was working on her apartment in Manayunk tonight so she and Ken were available for the Tara/Jer PU. :woohoo:

Thx again for the "Jack" referral. He was so efficient and ontime for us. We ended up using him for 4 legs of our journey. He regaled us with Orlando and Disney info and also told us some great stories from his past. He truly was a class act and I look forward to contacting him again in the future. How did you find him, JennY? Was it a team contact? He said he has driven many sports and other celebrities over the years. :yay:

The heat is ridiculous this summer. I hope the beach offers a relief tomorrow.......... :idea:

OK, be prepared, I'm going to try to get the "kids" to stop by tomorrow! :scared1:

Johnnyboy...let's leave the draft advising to the people who actually draft their teams. As i remember, you were MIA and got the luck of the draw.

Great teams are built with late round selections, everyone get's studs in the first 5 rounds.

Speaking of scary - we don't know what happened yet while we were gone - the house was TOO clean when we got home - no worries - we'll eventually find out - we have very nosey neighbors (that we don't associate with but always find out what they are gossiping about thru our real friends)

I haven't even visited my mother yet - terrible daughter i am - waiting for the Phillies game tonight to visit :cheer2:
