Well Scud or no Scud he was not authorized to have missles with that kind of a range. I am sure large parts of the international community (i.e. France and Germany) will fail to see the obvious.

This makes a lot of sense to me though, I was wondering why in the world he was wasting a scud on our troops when they are powerful enough to reach a better target for him like Isreal. He could reach our troops with a much smaller missile, especially since they said the missiles didn't have chemical or biological componets to them.

Actually, they were destroying al Samoud II's (but did not destroy them all yet). <i>These</i> were supposedly al Samoud I's with a much shorter range than their bigger brother (and allowed under UN Sanctions)
