Is a category nine stateroom 2068 a good room? Please help us before we put a deposit on our vacation. Thanks so much everyone

We were in 2573, which was on the opposite side of the ship on the inside, but about the same relative location as your room. It was a very quiet location. The laundry room is on your side, around 2100, so you would be close, but not directly there. 2068 should be just 3-4 rooms down from the mid-ship elevators, which is pretty convenient. and underneath the atrium area outside Lumiere's. No night clubs above you for noise.

Sounds pretty good to me, for Deck 2. That being said, my overall favorite deck is 7. I like the convenience to the pool deck, the kids programs, and the theater area which is where my family spends most of their time. Some people prefer deck 2 because it's closer to the restaurants (theater area is close too). When we were on deck 7, I don't think I ever took an elevator. When we were on deck 2, I did, because 7 flights of stairs was just too much for me :).

We stayed in 2066. It was convenient to the laundry room and to the elevators. There was no excess noise. We were happy with the location. Also the portholes are relatively close to the water so in Key West we were watching Jelly Fish swim by from our room. The time before we were in 6002 which I think was a category 11 and it was very noisy when the boat was docking - lots of creaks and moans and clanking.... Would never stay in that area again! I would say go with 2068.
