Hey I need help - Ipad/Itunes Account

Our library loans out Ipads. I got this email today from them:

The last iPad that you checked out (not the current one) was not removed from your Apple account. We cannot clear your personal information and circulate this item again until you log into your Apple account and remove the iPad. Please reply when this has been done. Thanks in advance for your help.

I have no clue how to do this? I looked under devices it's not listed just the kids Ipods. Anyone know how to tell me to go about removing this from our account?
