Hellooo there! I decided that I might as well join in on the Disneyness and make an account! lol
Just fyi, in case you can't figure out by my username, I'm Steph!
I've loved Disney all my life, it's been a big part of my childhood and more, and within the past year, I've become absolutely OBSESSED with it!
To make a long story short (yeah right haha), my obsession started when my brother and his family from GA invited us to come visit him in WDW for a week this past year. He's part of the DVC, and they go to WDW for 2 weeks every year. He invited us to come down, my mother, father and myself. Well, my dad for some reason had (still has) no desire to go there whatsoever, and usually, if he doesn't wanna go somewhere, none of us go. WELL, my mom and I decided to just go ourselves, and not worry about what my dad wanted. It's our vacation, so we weren't gonna let him dampen the mood. Anyways, so we were invited in March, and we didn't get to actually book the room, tickets, etc. until April. Our trip was for the 1st week in June, so we were cutting it close.
Well, May 31st arrived (the day we were leaving), and we were incredibly excited to go. I had gone to WDW twice as a child, in Nov 1996 and July 1997, when I was 7 and 8. Do the math, and you'll find that I hadn't been to WDW in 12 years. I was WAAAY overdue!
The flight was perfect, no delays or anything, and the Magical Express was the icing on the cupcake! (the actual 'cake' in this saying is obviously the parks, resorts, etc. lol)
We stayed at POFQ, and it was my first time at a moderate resort (the other 2 trips we stayed at All Star Sports). I. Was. In. Love.
Overall, our trip to WDW was perfect. That isn't even exaggerating. It was PERFECT! So now my mom and I have decided to go every year from now on. It'll be our big vacation of the year, and if my dad wants to come along, he's more than welcome to.
Include the obsession with Disney music, movies, and other random things (a healthy obsession), and that's me in a nutshell, Disney-wise.
So now that I typed out a novel for you....HI!
