Hey Disboards!!!, my name is Justin and wanted to introduce myself.

Heading down to Florida in late August 2011. Spending 4 Days in Cocoa Beach then heading over to Orlando to finish our vacation with 5 days at Walt Disney World. Me, my wife, and 4 Year old daughter can't wait.

Been to Disney once last September during our Orlando vacation, however, just did one day at Magic Kingdom with no planning and stayed offsite.

Found this board when researching and planning for our upcoming vacation. This board has already been a great help especially in planning and reserving Character Dinners. Looking foward to using this forum to plan our days at the theme parks/water parks.

The plan so far is Magic Kingdom/2 Days, Animal Kingdom/1 Day, Typhoon Lagoon/1 Day, Character Dinners reserved for Chef Mickey,
Character Breakfast reserved for Cape May Café.

I've read that the weather will be extremely hot and humid and the crowds should not be too bad (hopefully)

Any advice would be great!!!

I am new here too. In fact, just joined today. And what a coincidence, I'm from Ontario and our first trip is late Aug as well!

EDIT: I just looked at our tickers and it looks like we are both counting down for the same day? Crazy! Our dates are not final though.

Parks will still be crowded. Just got back and the Welcome center the only slow month is right after January 1.
