Hey DIS meeters, any soft Pooh openings?

Would love to hear from you on your return. The other, crabby, boards have posted that the soft openings are for AP only? We'll be there April 7-11

I just read today on another forum that there was a soft opening today (3-25-03). The review was kind of mixed.

Does anyone know, when they do soft openings, does that mean the ride will be open from here on, or will it be hit or miss as to it being open between now and the official opening date?

The Pooh ride was still closed 3/22-24. Soft opening could mean anything, AP only, 10 to 12 only, there really is no rhyme or reason to some of it. But it is supposed to open April 14th or so. Rivers is also supposed to open then.

Playhouse Disney Live looked close to finished also.

That made me giggle a little which was refreshing...not much giggling going on the past few days.

Hi everyone,

Just heard from my brother, and he and his family went on Winnie the Pooh today (Wednesday) and loved it. Not sure if the soft opening will continue, or if they will close it until the official April 11, but so far, so good. He said that it appeared that they were filming commercials around it yesterday (Tuesday). Any late March visitors may get a surprise attraction! Enjoy
