hey! 2007 brides?

I just got off the phone with my coordinator (yea!) She took the date and time from me and location, but could not take any deposit yet as 2007 prices are due to change. Just wondering if any body has been able to put a deposit down for a 2007 wedding?


She said it would probable be early June when prices would be confirmed and they would be able to take deposits, but she is able to hold the date/time/location for me...


Anybody have any info?

Me, too! I was beginning to wonder if I was the only one...

Did you happen to get a confirmation or reservation number for your wedding? I only have one for our hotel stay and was wondering if that is how they track the wedding, too. Any thoughts?

Are you guys all intimates? I was able to put down a deposit (lucky me ) but I'm a custom, so that might be the difference.

i'm about as Intimate as you can get! Just me and Darren. Quiet, peaceful and romantic.

Didn't get any sort of reservation # for wedding either. I'll probably call about the room today, but I called once before for a room in the next calendar year and it was similar, I think they told me prices would probably change and they would get them confirmed in the spring or summer, but like I said I'm getting excited, so may call anyway to see...

We're Intitmate, too! Looks like it will be DFi, myself and eight guests. Lori: We're at Sunset Pointe, too! In fact, our wedding is booked for the 20th... maybe if you and your DH are still at WDW, we can DISmeet.

I called and made room reservations (thanks to advice from super helpful advice from Sajetto), received a confirmation number and paid a night's deposit, which I then used to call DFTW. I was told that they do not have rates yet for 2007, but that they could book me and adjust the prices when they are released. If it's just the room you're booking and not any of the packages, the balance isn't due until you arrive.

I got my date (May 14th) penciled in and was told I could put down the deposit on May 15th of this year. I'm a custom bride, though so I think the deposit delay is probably specific to intimates.
