Leavenworth (about 2.5 hours from us) is very near Kansas City, so hopefully you'll enjoy a small town community with the availibility of a big city nearby. I really enjoy Kansas City, it's easy to get around in (in my opinion), and has a lot to do and see.

Oh no, Katherine. We have to go to classes. I have to go for the first week and Rich stays for two weeks after that. I call it my "manners" class. But I really don't know what is in store for me. I just know it will colder there than here. Hopefully the boys won't walk all over my mother.

Kathy -- So happy to hear your family has been reunited! A big thank you to Rich for serving his country, but an even bigger thank you to you and the kids...as you've learned first-hand time and time again...it's not just the servicemember that makes the sacrifices.

The deployment is FINALLY over! He just walked through the door and the boys are bombarding him with 8 months of goings on! Thank you everyone, from the bottom of my heart for your friendship and support!! Rich is HOME!!!
