He's back!

While preparing the guardianship papers for our DGD, our attorney discovered that "he", the criminal sperm donor, was arrested 6 weeks ago, bonded out, and has had two hearings.

No one told us!!!!!!! He has been in our neighborhood without us knowing he was even back in the state!!!!

Our attorney is a retired judge, after 20+ years on the bench and he said that they should have immediately issued a "no contact" order and also let us know. The detective investigating the case did not even know! They really, really dropped the ball! Our attorney was aghast.

We live in a very small town of 20,000 and it is riduculous that the prosecuter did not do what he should have done to protect us, especially our DGD. This is not a big city where people can get lost in the paperwork. We see these people on the street and wave!

I am so upset that I can't adequately voice my thoughts. I'll be more articulate later.
