Took our little stray to the vet today. He IS a boy. Probably about 6 months old. Got a clean bill of health. Started his vaccinations. Made an appointment for neutering. Guess he's OURS now.
Now for a name...

Well Blondie, he is black with a white chin and chest and white paws. Very pretty in my biased opinion.
Choosing a name is so hard with several of us having an input and very different opinions on the kind of name.

With the way you've described him, you could be talking about our puppy that we found. She's black with the same white markings. The vet says that she is definately part Lab. She's due to be spayed on the 13th. Her name is Dixie, though my husband calls her Killer and my son says she should be called Lucky because she's lucky she didn't make it to the pound.

Awww Rajah - *I* definately was considering Figaro - but the others... Sorry, no photos yet. We have a digital camcorder that takes still pictures but we have never put anything on the computer yet.

Cairo, Mindy-Lou, Lester, and Diamond.

Awww...sounds just like my Whisker cat that I adopted from the humane society years ago and she is a very pretty cat.

Also, the stray cat I brought home from the gas station is named Lucky for the very same reason that he was "lucky" I brought him home.
