Hi guys,
We are going to WDW in August and we are going to drive (we live in NC). We have driven many times and we have also flown, but since we have 5 of us going this time we just cant afford the air (right now it is $163 per person) and does not count having to rent a car when we get there.
So I am looking at renting a mini van. I currently drive a Suburban and would love to rent one, but they cost about $200 more than a mini van. This is a very budget minded trip (except for our resort - CR !!). I have found the cheapest rate of $341 with Hertz - renting locally and returning to the same place (9 days). My question is about mileage. I cannot find anywhere that it talks about mileage and if it is unlimited or not. Has anyone found out how to tell or called and asked? My DH is not crazy about driving a FORD, but the next closest price I have found is Avis which is $398 for a Chevy mini van. Is there any easier way to look? and does anyone know how to tell if they will charge you for mileage or not?
