Hertz Pick Up/Return Service?

I'm looking to hire a car through Hertz, either from Shades of Green or the Bonnet Creek location. The Bonnet Creek mentions a pick up/return service, has anyone used this service, as I wondered if you have to pay for it?

We are staying at Wilderness Lodge so I guess that's within 15 minutes drive of Bonnet Creek.

I used the pickup/dropoff service from SOG when we stayed there. We were at the Caribbean Beach Resort and scheduled a time. It was no problem at all. Picked me up at resort and brought me to SOG to fill out papework and then dropped me off when I was done with the car.
