hero costume help

It's Spirit Week at DD12's school next week. On Friday they have to dress up like their hero, real or imaginary. She wants to dress up like on of the people from the TV show "Heroes" but we told her that they look just like everyday people. Any ideas?

She could wear the cheerleader outfit. Claire always seems to have it on. Other then that everyone else is pretty normal. Good luck I hope she has fun!

Well, since she's a girl, she can wear a cheerleading costume with a stick sticking out of her and be Claire. If she doesn't mind a sex change, so to speak, she can probably duplicate the ninja-type costume that future Hiro wore. Everybody else, I'm afraid, dresses like regular people.

I think everyday people are the best heroes!

I think she should wear a white button shirt, a tie, get a short black haired wig, and a pair of glasses and go as Hiro!

I'd suggest Captain Underpants, but we've been down that road already....

She could carry a mirror around with her if she wanted to be Niki...

Or she could go a different route, and go to a surplus store for some camos and be a soildier...Just a thought.

I like these ideas, especially the Hiro and soldier ones! She had thought of being Claire.

If she wants to be Niki, she could do her makeup a certain way...half of her face "normal", the other half try to do a "mad" face.

I'm not sure how to explain it...

Captain Underpants seems like a cool costume, but it wasn't well recieved by the principal!

I made a Rogue costume a couple of years back. It just took a ton of black clothing(went with the movie version of her), some wash out hair dye for the white streak, gloves and her cloak.
