That's right, Emma Watson has been cast as Belle in Disney's upcoming live action adaptation of Beauty and the Beast. This has been confirmed by Ms. Watson herself.

I'm excited to see how she will fare as Belle, I loved her as Hermoine and I hope I will have similar feelings about her portrayal of Belle. On a superficial level, she seems an appropriate fit for Belle as both are intelligent and beautiful.
