Our 11 month window is in about 2 weeks. I know I'm super early wondering about this but I'm so excited, I can't believe I still have to wait over 11 months for our first trip "home".
I am going to ask for a dedicated 2BR either in Grandstand or Congress Park, not on the first floor, with a water view (pool or pond in GS, DD view in CP). This is for a Saturday-Friday stay. Is this too much to request? I want the dedicated 2BR because each girl will have a bed this way (no fighting over who has to sleep on the couch in that room, their brother will be on the couch in the LR). I would like Grandstand for the bus convenience and the quick(er) walk to the springs, but if I can't get GS I'd like Congress Park over Paddock or Carousel. I just don't like first floor.
BTW, how soon should I book the first night (Friday) cash? Is the DVC discount available now, or do they hold it until months later? If I book now without it and it becomes available now, can I get it? I know I can link the reservations so (hopefully) we won't have to move. Do I do that booking/linking with MS?
