not favorable right now, but...................

Disturbed weather across the northwest Caribbean may produce areas of heavy rain across parts of Belize and northeastward to Jamaica and Cuba. Conditions aloft are unfavorable for tropical development in this region at this time but conditions may become more favorable over the next few days.

May mean at least some rainy weather.

The local paper had this.......

One model has it going north of Lake O in Florida, or up near LA and MS. Just keep your eyes open and hope it just remains a rain situation only!!

It looks like it's going to be Alberto, but just a tropical storm which will bring rain to Florida, and we actually need it if we want to keep the entire state from burning to the ground.

Our area simply can not take even a tropical storm at this time. The rebuilding of the levees is not completed. It's going to be a long summer.
