We made an offer on a resale on Friday which was accepted and we did the fax contract thing over the weekend. The broker said she is preparing the paperwork to send to Disney in the next hour.

So now I guess we wait a few weeks? I finally figured out that's what ROFR stands for. I hope it all turns out alright. She told us she thought it would go through.

Another question... We have a previously scheduled reservation at WL for Jan. 12-21. I guess we'll just wait until this whole thing has settled and try to rework the reservations through DVC in early November once the transaction has closed?

If you don't mind sharing, what are the specifics of your contract (resort, use year, points available, price, etc.)? Also, I'd definitely hang on to your existing reservations until you have closed on the sale (see, I've got you passing ROFR already)!

Ain't that the truth. We have done three add-ons in a year and I am still looking at resales everyday. I don't know why. Where would we get the money for more MF much less the purchase money? It is a DISEASE!
