What sights or smells always remind you of Disneyland.

I can tell you when we go in one of the things that comes to mind is the smell on the train. Especially when going through the primeval world.

And I am not talking necessarily about food smells but just the way the rides smell like plastic or machinery. Does anyone know what I am referring too?

Like on Pirates and HM it seems they have a musty smell. Stuff like that.

Those are things that always make you think and feel that you are really there.

I can say I LOVE when I first get there and walk in and like everyone says you walk through that tunnel and then MAGIC.

I love how when you go into Adventureland it is always kind of hot and steamy and the sights and smells you get there. And Fantasyland seems to have its own kind of aura as does tomorrowland.

I know going on like Space Mountain it has a kind of feel to it. And a coolness and smell of plastic and machinery if that makes sense.

How about anyone else I am sure there are things that when you are there are unique to Disney.

The water, definately the water.. Pirates, Splash Mountain, Small world... Oh and the popcorn, my secret addiction

For me its the sounds that drag me back there....

The roaring Yeti in Mattahorn
Zipedoda (I have it as a message alert on my mobile ph)
Its a small world (not always a good thing)
The music in Space...
The POTC music from the movie now played in the ride
Indiana Jones theme music
The Goat on BTMRR (we used to baa back at him)

I am sure others will have more

So far as smells go for us the water was one for us, we live in the country and don't have chlorinated water as such we could really smell the water and as we loved splash and GRR so much we spent a lot of time in it.

IJ theme music, two of my daughters are always playing it.
The water in POTC, we have a island near by that smells similiar.
The screams from Ca Screamin. Just to name a few.

the first ride i always go to is Star Tours. that is like a tradition for me, and i love "smelling" star tours. it just smells so goood lol

Yeah that's it. The smell of the water. See what I mean. I am sure you guys know what I am talking about. There is just sights, sounds and smells that you can only find there and no matter WHERE you are it reminds you.
