Yes, those were really bleak days. Not because of my size alone (I wouldn't want to offend anyone who is that large or larger), but because it was such a drastic change and I was so, SO out of control. Night after night I would go to bed resolving to start my diet "tomorrow" and every tomorrow ended into another binge. I am so thankful to finally have my eating back in control.

This board has really been the extra boost I needed to keep on track. I am so excited to change my star every morning and feel like a kid at Christmas time when I get to change my clippie!
