well after much debate with my two departing disney loving kids it was deceided that a trip should still be planed for next summer. the thing is my daughter will not be able to make this trip as she will be in formation for the sisters of the immaculate heart of mary for the next three years but my son who will be in the seminary will have summers off and they both insisted that the traditional family trip must go on. i'm sad to go without my daughter and even feel guilty about it but she says to go, she'll be there in spirit. we have made our deposit on the four day wonder and hope to be doing 2 park days before and after the cruise staying at the POR. so here's hoping that this all works out.

Best wishes and prayers for a life of service for them. It's refreshing to see young people planing for a religious vocation instead of the me, me, me attitude that so many of them have. I'm glad you plan to take your trip. I think your DD is right. The tradition continues and she'll be there in spirit. Besides, there are some things in life more rewarding and satisfying than Disney.
