Hello!

I hope this answers your question...

AAA is the American Automobile Association, and yes, the Canadian version is CAA, or the Canadian Automobile Association. You have to pay fees to become a member, but you can then take advantage of their travel agency services and corresponding deals. The travel agents are usually pretty good at finding low prices, and AAA/CAA usually have some incentive deals... such as shipboard credit for Disney Cruise Line, or included dining plans for Walt Disney World.

SO, in order to get the deals, you need to become a memeber, and use the travel agency!!!

Hope that helps! :flower:

No question is stupid here, that's how we learn! Asking Questions!

Yes, AAA is the American Equivalent to CAA but you can book thru CAA to get AAA packages! You have to book at your local CAA Office.

You can also use your CAA membership to get AAA discounts, etc.

That is if you are a member of CAA!

Hope this is clear as mud!

You don't have to go to through a travel agent to get the discounts. For example, when booking a disney hotel, just tell them you're a CAA member and you can get a discount.

:wave2: Hi
Just a helpful piece of info, when booking and you are asked for your AAA number, it is the same number as your CAA. I had trouble getting my "CAA" discount when I was booking at Hard Rock Hotel as they told me they only except AAA. I called back when asked for my AAA I gave the number and got my discount.

hello everyone

thanks for your replys. made a rezzie on the internet for pop century in april 06 but there was no where to put my caa # so i called them.

after being put on hold for 1 hour (on and off) she came back and told me that she had to cancel my original rezzie that i made on the net and rebook manually so i could get the caa discount. my cost was $256 then with caa went to $216.

problem is that i had to call 3 times to make sure that the rezzie went through and all my details were there. and thats another 45 minutes of holding.

first time to make the change, second time to make sure it was correct (they missed 1 kid so we had to add that) third time to make sure that they had our flight info (which they didn't!)

i finally told the last person i talked to that i thought i was calling the 'happiest place on earth'.............and i wasn't happy AT ALL!

they said sorry and hope you have a good time when you get here. and that was it.

i am thinking it wasn't worth that to save myself $50!
