Here's a question about Millionaire I've never seen!!

During our July trip, all three of my children had the good fortune to make it into the hotseat. They each made it to the 1000 point level and won a baseball cap and pin. They were out of the baseball caps and lanyards at the time and assured us they would be sent to us as soon as they were in. Well, in the mail today, we received one baseball cap and lanyard. The mailing label was made out to one of the kids and then the other two names were handwritten on afterwards.
Does anyone have any idea who I could call to get the other two kids their baseball caps? Thanks for any suggestions.

I'll be going down to WDW on the 27th. Since I'm on speaking terms with a couple of the CMs at WWTBAM, I could drop by and ask them about your situation. Just send me an email or PM with the particulars (dates and names of your kids who didn't get their awards) and I'll pass that information on to them.

And if perchance the other hats and lanyards show up in the mail before the 27th, please let me know.

I had a chance to talk with the CMs at Millionaire this past Wednesday and by now they should have sent the missing items to you. Apparently they had to send out 450 sets of hats and lanyards and, even though they had made a special note so send three of each item to you, those special instructions must have been overlooked in the confusion.

I was glad to have to opportunity to chat with the CMs at Millionaire as I didn't manage to make it into the hot seat this trip (despite sitting through seven shows). Perhaps I'll have better luck next time.
