ussuallly dw, myself, her est freind, my best freinnd( hubby and wife too btw) our kids, maybe aa few others that volenteeeer a day or two during construction,, last year wehad a cast of 25,, trying to cut back to 15 this year by animating more and moreSherryNC said:How many people work on bringing this all together?? I thought this was just a project that your wife and you were working on. I had it pictured at your home and on a much smaller scale than you are describing and the pics from last year. This is a huge undertaking. Really impressive.
our goal is to have it sset where we can actually operate the entire house from a remotre location. as to location,, right now we are in our second year in an old publishing company building, several large individual rooms along with a big ware house area that will be the out doors
we are hoping to find a permenant location in a few yearrs and start really workin gthis up into a big s how,,which we can add to rework etc yera round as we see tyhing s and come up with new ideas
righht now the proceeds go to a few local charities and kidsprograms, but once we get a permenant locale we will tutrn it into a for profit operation. last year we made about 2 grand after expenses, this year we are hoping for 4last yearr it was 5 bucks each to tour,, this year we are raising the price, 7.50 each, and are trying to tie in with our local radio station and get a live broadcast at least one night each week

Some people love to debate, not me! I don't think I can argue my way out of a paper bag
I don't like to, though, so I avoid those types of threads as best as I can. I did get sucked into the gas guzzler thread last week, but Charade came to my rescue and took over, so I bowed out and let him have at 'em.
me too...
Don't be so freakin sensitive.
Life is just too short.
