Here we go again . . .

After two calls I finally recieved the confirmation for our Sept. trip (5 weeks after original booking). Glad I insisted on a paper confirmation since they had booked a "guaranteed smoking" room. DD has asthma so this would have been a problem. Called again to make sure we would have a guaranteed non-smoking room and that our other requests were noted. Also, there showed no record of our payments on the confirmation. Now a week later I am still waiting for our new confirmation.

I really don't understand this. This is our 4th trip and I never waited more than 5 days for a confirmation. This is the 1st time we booked with WDWT instead of CRO. Anyone else have difficulty with their confirmations lately?

I made a room-only reservation 3 weeks ago and have not received my confirmation yet. I called yesterday to request a copy of one and asked that the CM check my address in their system. Sure enough it was REALLY wrong - they didn't have my house #, just the street addres (which was spelled wrong), they didn't have the city, and my telephone number was off by 1 digit!

I can't wait to get the confirmation to make sure my reservation is right!

We have not received a paper confirmation either but I heard this was the norm as of late...maybe I should request it...

I seem to be getting a confirmation every other week! I think I have received 5 or 6 so far !!!!!

Okay, so my confirmation came in the mail today. Now they have that I am guaranteed a smoking room AND a non-smoking room. I only booked ONE room! The original errors were not deleted and the new requests were just added so it looks like I have more requested than a person has a right to. Also, still no mention of the payments I have made. Total package due is still the entire amount!

Now it is Friday. The kids are home and this is a surprise trip so I can't even call until Monday when I'm home alone.

I just booked last week and got our confirmation in 3 days. I have never had a problem getting it quick, I would call them.

I booked in Feb and got them 2 weeks ago. CRO told me I would get them no later than 7 days before I was due to arrive.
I had never been told that before.

I booked with WDWTC for the Visa 7/4 deal.

It took about 10 days for the confirmation to arrive and the total amount due is the package cost. It doesn't say anywhere about the $200 deposit I put on my Disney Visa.

I'll call them tomorrow to make sure they applied the deposit though.
