We just got in about 6:00. Site 1006. Shannone please don't be mad at me honey. It was only $40 a night with AP and DD is out of school and we had nothing else to do. I feel like Richard Gere in Officer and a Gentleman. I've got no where to go sir yes sir. It almost cost us our lives getting here in traffic. I've never been cut off as many times as today. I'm installing a back up camera next week so I can see what's behind me. Hopefully we'll meet some dis'ers this week. I know there are a few here just don't know where.

OMG...I wish I could just "have nothing else to do" and show up at the fort !! I am sooo jealous. But at least I have this cute new puppy

You and your DD are going to have to come to the fort next December while we are there so we can meet. I can't make it over the 4th.

Too bad you still wont be there on Sunday Donnie, I am just wrapping up the cooking for the trip. I cut up a whole ham for sandwiches and breakfast and made a batch of ham salad for sandwiches. I have sloppy joes, pot roast and chicken breasts already in the freezer. Maybe Ms Sundee will stop by for a bite.

I was outside changing a light on my Mickey Ears and up comes Stackster (Donnie) and introduces himself ... no longer than seconds a blue GC pulls up and out comes TiggerinBama (forgot her name). As I told them I'm a rock when it comes to remembering faces and names so I hope I got some of this right and if not "GET OVER IT" as our CM on the Jungle Cruise said over and over this AM.

We did among other things this AM Pirates and Jungle Cruise and saw many changes from our last visit in Dec 2006. In Pirates there are a lot of references to Jack Sparrow and he pops up in quite a few places when his name is mentioned. Also, the often corny Jungle Cruise has an updated and funnier "Approved Spiel" that we really liked and our boat captain was great. Be fore-warned there still is the "BACK SIDE OF WATER"
