Spent 14 hours at MK yesterday. The weather is amazing and the crowds are big but very manageable. DD a said yesterday that there were a lot of newbies and they don't read the DIS. LOL! Never waited more than 15 minutes for anything. Right behind us the lines would grow. Went to Blizzard Beach
on Tuesday it was not crowded at all. Slides were walk on. With three weeks
we can take lots of down days. DH went for a run this morning in Celebration prepping for the 1/2 marathon.

Local weather reports show great weather ahead except for christmas eve and day some rain expected.

We drive straight through with 4 drivers, stay off site at a really great rate, and eat off site except for counter service. Total trip is a actually quite inexpensive. DD and BF have own spending money.

Hey Nepean. Stittsville here. We have tons of snow and they are calling for a big storm and freezing rain tonight. So wish we were there. Hope crowds are manageable as crazy week is now. This was the perfect year to go for 3 weeks with the kids being off first week of January but alas, we booked 2 weeks in March instead. Is anything new open in Fantasyland? Where are you staying?
