Here now - where is pedestrian bridge in SSR?

Can anyone help? We walked around the other day and couldn't find it. We are staying in the Paddock section close to Congress Park. Where is the walkway located?

From the DVC News:

The walkway crosses the water just beyond the Congress Park area of Saratoga Springs, depositing guests near The Art of Disney shop.

The walkway just saves you a short distance, you now crossover before you reach the street and the second path (that is closed at night) that leads back to Congress Park and even the Paddock area. The new boat marketplace boat dock also connects to this walkway.

If you walk from Padock to Congress Park by way of the bus stop you should see a sign pointing you to the path- turn toward the marketplace and walk till you find the bridge. If you walk down to the path behind the Congress Park pool and walk towards DTD Marketplace and you will find the bridge.
