Do the Jawas just randomly wander around? How do you let them know that you want to trade?

Sorry . They are in one section of the launch bay and you just hand them something as they approach and they will look it over.

They're in the Cantina section. They roam around, there's no set queue for them. You just ask them if they would like to trade.
