Here now, quick question

We just checked in today, our first visit since last June. We are staying at the Grand Californian. I had no idea that they had gotten rid of the security/bag check in the promenade and that they now have them leading into DTD. Does anyone know what time they open? We are utilizing early entry tomorrow which is 7AM at DCA. We usually like to leave the room a little after 6:00, grab something to eat at Starbucks and then line up. Will the security gates from the hotel to DTD be open at that time?

Yes, they are open by about 5am.
