I am confused about current monorail hours. When it says monorail shut down from 1130-6:00 on Thursdays, does that mean only the resort monorail or all beams?

You've got it backwards.

It's the Express Beam that's shutting down middays. The Resort Beam runs, including service between TTC & MK but with a stop or 2 on the way.

The Epcot beam is unaffected by the midday shutdowns.

Yep Joel ahead got the information correct for you. The express beam shuts down middays on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. During this time the Resort and Epcot beams are in affected and operating as normal. And alternate transportation such as the ferry boat fro. TTC to MK and vice versa is operating as well.
