I used mine at the end of April. I posted in another thread but I'll repost my experience here:
I couldn't remove the watermarks myself or have them available to download without emailing a help desk. When I took my voucher to the camera shop on Main street the young CM knew about the old PP+ and gave me a card with contact info as well as a reference number to help download my images when I got home. A few CM's recognized the old PP+ card but some CMs flat out said no when I asked if they could add my, for example, ToT pic to the card. It took some gentle prodding/reminding that this was the old PP system.
This was the email address I was told to use: '
DisneyPhotoPass_support@disneyworld.com'
and the response to my email:
Thank you for your recent visit to

Many computers automatically save downloaded files to your computer's "Downloads" folder. Some computer systems will request that you designate where to save your photographs. Be sure to take note where you are saving the files.
Thank you for using Disney Photo Imaging! We hope you enjoy your photos!
I had some trouble with Firefox and the download folder but all worked out in the end. HTH!
